Sollicitatie Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered job application tool that helps users analyse their CV against a job description, receive feedback and keyword suggestions, and generate a tailored cover letter.

The service is available in Dutch and English. Features vary between free and paid tiers.
Important: All analyses, suggestions, match scores, and cover letters are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career advice.
We make no guarantees that:
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. Always verify AI output before submitting job applications.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
The free tier provides 3 analyses per user. Limits are enforced server-side using IP address and User-Agent fingerprinting. Client-side limits are cosmetic only and do not replace server-side enforcement.

We offer the following paid subscription plans:
Subscription tier and permissions are validated server-side via the Lemon Squeezy API on every request. Manipulating browser storage does not grant elevated access.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account or by contacting us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
Cover letter generation is available to Plus and Pro subscribers. PDF export of the generated cover letter is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. The PDF is generated client-side in your browser and is not stored on our servers. We are not responsible for formatting differences across devices or PDF readers.
The Sollicitatie Coach name, website design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
AI-generated content produced using your input (CV, job description) is provided to you for personal use. We claim no ownership over content generated from your personal data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
